Isn't it awesome when someone makes a great staff meal? Nothing too crazy or complicated, just nice food that shows that you actually like the people you work with. And you know it's pretty alright when the kitchen actually takes a second of silence to wolf it back...
pasta scraps, onion, wilty arugula, braised lamb shank (one busted piece off the bone fed everyone!)
thoughtful cook=tasty meal=happy eaters=a good day
